Counselling helps process and heal from past emotional issues, trauma, or challenging life experiences.
Life coaching focuses on setting future goals, identifying strengths, and taking action toward personal or professional growth.
My counselling approach is often future-focused, but we might explore the past if it helps your journey. Life coaching tends to stay in the present and future.
